IMAGE COMPOSER LOST

I installed Frontpage 2000 on my new laptop (Vista) and image composer
doesn't appear. How can I get the image composer to work?

Image composer is on another disk, not the FP install disk. It may or may
not work on Vista.

Image composer is not actually part of FP.
