Image handling

Using MSAccess 2003 with SQL 2000 as backend, I have a table with an image
column. I am just getting started trying to put bitmap images in a table.

When I open the table in Access (which is linked) , right click the OLE
column, I click "create from file" and then browse to the bitmap image I want
and select that. I then get an error message "The operation on the OLE object
failed. The OLE server may not be registered. To register the OLE server,
reinstall it."

The image is on my PC, the database is on my server. What do I need to do?
