image hyperlink dont work in email

Hello

I inserted an image in FrontPage and made 2 hyperlinks using the hotspot
tool. In preview it works but I want to send this image as and email. When I
do so from the File/Send menu the image does not contain the hyperlinks.

Any help would be great.
