image in the right lower corner my emails

how do I put an an image in the right lower corner of my e-mails as the
dfault background and without it repeating because it is smaller than the
entire message area? I have seen this on many html formated e-mails and
would like to create my own.

Create an HTML document, then using Word as your e-mail
editor, copy and paste the HTML document into the message.
