Image inverting in Word 2003

I have created a word doc with a jpg image inserted as a heading. This is
used by several people on several computers.
This has never failed on my computer presenting itself everytime I start the
file in exactly the way it should do.
HOWEVER, On one of the computers using Word 2000, the image inverts, so it
is upside down. I have been sent an email with this as an attachment and yes
there it is upside down!!!!
Any idea why this jpg image should invert all on its own?
