image magnifier

Is there any way to get image magnification in an image control? Not Zoom,
Stretch or form resize, but something like 'roll the mouse wheel to magnify'.
If not, can anybody recommend an activex control that will work in 32 and 64
bit that could accomplish something like this?

Perhaps the Windows Magnifier would do? All Programs > Accessories >
Accessibility > Magnifier
