Image problem - PPT 2003 in XP/2002

I have a presentation I saved in v.2003, but only have office 2002/XP
(SP1) on this computer. All of my images are PNGs with transparencies,
but in 2002 those areas are instead black.

How can I fix this???

Try exporting the png file as a gif with transparent background. I use
macromedia fireworks or Photoshop to to this.

Also you can delete the background with "set transparent image tool" in
Powerpoint.
This doesn't always look as neat as the gif option, but can work quite well
on certain images.
