Image Rollover +Sharepoint Meeting space

I created a custom theme for my sharepoint meeting workspace and everything
is working great except on sub pages. (those under home).

The link bar will show the non-rolled over image it works fine, however, it
doesn't work when you roll over it, causing the background to go white..

Anyone seen an issue like this before?
