Hello, I have this situation: when I press cmdPower button I want on
imgPicture to be shown picture from file c:\pictures.......
I have tried with LoadPicture but somethings wrong,

Try:

Me.imgPicture.Picture = "C\Pictures\whatever.bmp"

It is the Picture property you are looking for.
