Images inserted in word appear and print blurry

Whenever I insert an image in word, it appears blurry when printed. The
original document prints fine, and is not blurry when inserted into InDesign.

How can I fix this? I would like to make word templates but all letterhead
images turn out blurry no matter what format they are saved in. jpeg, tiff...
etc

Help!
