images loading slow?

How does this relate to FP?

What kind of connection do you have?
What is the image file site?
How much traffic is on the internet or going thru your ISP at the time?
How fast is your PC?

If you are just building your site and wondering why, on
other sites, some images load more slowly than others,
the answer is file size. The same can be said for pages
that have large amounts of text.

As Eleanor suggests, you should reduce the file size of
images in a graphics program prior to importing them into
your disk based Front Page web. She kindly provided a
reference to a page on her site that will provide you
some tips.
