Images shift within a word header

I have our company logo inside the header of a word
document. When some people open it, the image has shifted
either up or down. the image has no special formatting
rules applied to it

Most likely caused by differing printer/printer driver setups.

Is it really a printer driver problem, the image moves
when I open it in word or even as a pdf, the problem isnt
a printing problem. Im just trying to get the stupid
image to stay put when other users open it on their
machine.

Try changing the image's anchor type. In Word XP or 2003, select the
image, then click on Format | Picture | Layout | Behind text | Advanced
| Picture Position | Vertical Absolute position: ____" to the right of:
Page | Horizontal Absolute position: ___" below: Page | uncheck the
"Move object with text" box | OK | OK. Does this help lock down the
image position?
