IMap Flags in 2007

I am using 2007.

I have two account. One is a POP3 which is working fine

The other is an IMAP account.

All my email appear as normal however all my allocated flag have
disappeared. If I downgrade to Outlook 2003 they all reappear.

Any suggestions?
