Imap server login

OutLook_question

About a week ago, Outlook 2007 installed on my Win XP machine stopped
receiving IMAP mail. I could send out mail, or at least, Outlook test mail
sent out was okay. but, OL2007 cannot logon to IMAP server. The logon
pop-up box also kept coming up for me to put logon information: user name and
password. Did that, still cannot logon. Check mail via web browser, and
everything seems fine. How can I fix this?? Is this server side??
