IME (Japanese)

Hi,

I have Microsoft Office 2007 installed on my laptop. I'm trying to download
the Japanese IME so that I can type in Japanese on Word. The download on the
microsoft website is only for Office XP and will not download onto my laptop.
Does anyone have any ideas about where I can get it for Office 2007?

I have also tried enabling Japanese language on my laptop, but It says that
I need to install the disk for Windows XP. I dont actually have it, as it
didnt come with my laptop when I bought it. Any ideas?

Thanks, any help much appreciated as I am not very good with computers!

I believe that Japanese IME from Office XP is replaced by the Japanese
Language Pack for Office 2007.

Click on Learn more and then Buy a single language pack now.

You may still need the XP install CD, so:

--If you have a Certificate of Authenticity sticker on your laptop with an
XP Product Key, you can order replacement media for the operating system
from Microsoft.

--If it is an OEM copy of XP that you have, you should be able to order it
from the manufacturer or whoever sold you the laptop.

--If you don't have the Product ID on a sticker on the bottom of the laptop,
you can download Belarc Advisor and retrieve it from the software installed
on the computer:

--Microsoft download site. May have something you want.
