Img tag, how do I stop the height and width properties from showin

Abstract

How do I stop the height and width properties from reappearing after I delete
them, save the page and reopen it? I've set the Preserve existing HTML option
under Page Options, but the properties still appear. Is there a way to change
what properties are shown in a tag by default?
