Iminent problem

imenent has been installed automatically on my browser 'Google Chrome'. I uninstalled it from Programs and Features and iminent toolbar too. but it is still opens in another tab when i open my google chrome browser. I don't like it. I searched in registry editor page starting from regedit. but still it opens. After iminent is installed, my pc performance has got down. I uninstalled the browser and installed from a new file. But there is still no solution.

How can I get rid of Iminent?
Any help is much appreciated.
