Since the world is metric (except the US, Burma and one small African
country), why has Word 2007 converted all my Word 2003 drawings into
'inches'. Does anyone know how to convert Word 2007 to metric (changing the
regional settings from Control Panel does not seem to work).

Thanks for that, despite several searches in Word 2007 Help and MS online,
keywords metric, millimeters or centimeters (not that cms are SI Metric
units) failed to turn up anything. For anyone else looking for these valuable
keyboard shortcuts to setting up documents in Word 2007 the actual route is:
Alt, T, O and then Advanced. Thanks again.
