Do you know where can I find any White Papers or documents related to any
High-Level Architecture or Methodology for implementation of the PROGRAM
Management in EPM?
We are currently running 8 different Banking Programs in 8 different
countries.
Every Program has 8 different Projects.
2 of the Projects are core Banking Systems implementation Projects and SAP
Implementations, running from 2 Competence Centers.
These Competence Centers Resources are shared through-out the Programs.
How do you Proposed to track and the progress of the Programs, how to Plan
centrally and how to track the Execution in diffrent Workspaces?
I'll appreciate any professional answer.
