Implementation Schedule

Does anyone know of an example Project Server 2007 end to end deployment
schedule that i could use to illustrate to a potential client how long it
takes to evaluate, plan and deploy a solution. I know that one existed for
Project Server 2003 but is there one for 2007?

Thanks in advance

Hi Gary, sorry just getting back to you on this..I think what i was looking
for was a comprehensive list of all the steps that would need to be
considered for each client even if they don't need to undertake all the
steps. I have found a template on the Office site - (Installation of
Microsoft Office Project Server 2007 (Small Farm Installation)) but this
doesn't include all the non-technical aspects eg understanding the client's
project management processes and conducting workshops and eventual training
as part of the rollout.

Steve:

At a high level, I've provided the steps necessary, including the
non-technical activities, in Module 3 of Implementing and Administering
Microsoft Office Project Server 2007. You can obtain this book from our
website or Amazon and then build your own WBS based on your organization's
size and need.

Scott, did you ever receive or find a detailed implementation plan. I'll be working on Project Professional 2010, Server 2010 and SharePoint 2010 implementations and I'm concerned about getting my arms around all the PM processes, templates, roles and training, just to name a few. Thanks in advance.
