Import a text file into Personal Address Book

I've created a personal address book and want to import
data into it. The data is currently in Excel, but I
figured the easiest way to do it was to save the
spreadsheet as a comma delimitted ASCII file. Outlook
does not seem to allow you to import into a personal
address book, only the contacts folder. That's not what I
want.

Outlook no longer users a Personal Address Book. It uses the Contacts
folder instead.
