Import all dbf files from a folder, access 2k7.

Hi there,
I am very new to access (I do have some knowledge in excel macro but 0
in access). I am wondering if there is a way to import (or bring in)
all my dbf files from a specific or user-defined folder?

I tried to use the macro thing (not the coding one) within the access
but out of luck :(.
Any help/direction would be very helpful to this poor fellow.
