Import and Export Wizard

Hey Ya'll. I'm trying to import some addresses into
Outlook 2002, but I feel like I'm blind because I cant
find the Import and Export wizard on the File drop down
menu. I've clicked the down arrow to expand the menu, and
it's still not there. Is there a known issue with the
import and export wizard not appearing on the menu?

Make sure you have installed it. Start setup again from the CD and press
Add/Remove components. Browse the Outlook tree to see whether it's
installed.

I had same problem. The best I could do is to right click on top toolbar,
Customize, File, then drag and drop the Import/Export button onto my top
toolbar & access it from that. It is grayed out on my drop down File bar
but at least I can get to it with this workaround
