How do I do this in Access 2007. It was easy in 2003, but I can't find
the external data for exchange. Thanks, Kat

I could easily do this in 2003, but I can't seem to figure out how to
do it with Access and Outlook 2007. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks! K

Outlook only imports and exports a limited number of fields. When
Outlook exports e-mail messages, the date fields are not included.
This is a limitation of the Export wizard.
In order to import e-mail date fields, you can use a database program
solution.

If you want to convert Outlook items to a Microsoft Access 2000 .mdb
file:
1. Start Access, and open a new blank database.
2. On the File menu, point to Get External Data, and then click
Import.
3. In the File of type list, click to select Exchange(). If prompted,
click to choose the correct profile.
4. Click the MAPI folder, and then click Finish.
You should now have a new table, named for your chosen MAPI folder,
that contains the appropriate date fields for the imported items.
After this information is in Access, you can export it to any other
format supported by access, such as an Excel file.
