Assuming Outlook and Outlook Express are on the same machine.
In Outlook Express do File-Export-Messages. That's all you have to do.
In Outlook do File-Import and Export-Internet Mail and Addresses.
UNCHECK the "import mail" option (at the bottom) then select Outlook
Express.
That's all there is to it!

Err no. That changes all the modified dates and the dates of sent items to
the date of import.......AFAIK....

Ben,

I don't know if you helped Oh Yah, but I am having a problem with the import
export routine. Importing Windows mail messages into Outlook 2007. Only
about 1/3 of about 2000 messages import. All the contacts import fine. Have
you ever ran across this before.

Don't import in Outlook - export FROM Windows Mail.
