Import contact to personal address book

I am using Outlook 2000 and for the life of me, cannot figure out how to
import the contact folder to my personal address book. Could someone provide
some guidance? Thanks so much.

Why do you need the Personal Address Book? Outlook 2000
onwards doesn't use it - it uses Contacts.

Outlook 2000 doesn't use the PAB. If you want your Contacts folder to
appear as an address book, right-click on Contacts, choose Properties, then
"Outlook Address Book". Check the box that says "Show this folder as an
e-mail Address Book".
