how can i import my contacts from my mobile phone (xda executive) to outlook?

Can your phone export them in any standard format (like CSV)

Are you able to connect it to the PC, using either cables, IR, or Bluetooth?
Did any pc software come with the phone? Can you email the contacts from
your phone to the pc?
