Import Data from an Oracle Database to Visio 2003 Chart

When I create a chart from an Oracle View on my Database it works
perfect,
when I run an add-on to import the data so that I can refresh the
Chart the steps are :

1) run add-on , then I choose import date
2) choose the second option ( into shapes that already on my drawing
3) Type is ODBC , then I choose the data source and the view that I
already
used it in the first time.
4) check the two boxes (include all columns and rows)
5) when I reach the window which shows ( indicate how to add your
data )
then left window I can see the values but when I click yes to see
the window on the right side, it will only show the fields names but
without values.. so even if I continue , for sure it will not do any
update .


Please I need Help ASAP.
