To import from Access you need an exact table/field structure. To get
this just export tasks from Outlook (File~Import Export).Choose Access
as your output type (XP, can't remember if 97 has Access output). Now
that you have your new table populate with whatever data you want to
import into Tasks. Then back in Outlook choose to import from Another
file or program (again File~Import Export) and bring in your table.
