Import data from Excel

A database is already set up with form tailored made. How can I import the
data from excel to the database?

Go into Help and read up on the TransferSpreadsheet Action or Method.

Thanks. However, as the database is set up by other users, no VBA, or get
external data can be selected, so what can I do?
