Import dbf to Access 2003

I am trying to import via Get External Data - Import, but I do not get file
type dbf as a choice. I have Access 2003 SP2. I applied SP3 but everytime I
tried to start Access it went into the installation programme. I removed
Office completely then re installed up to SP2.
