Import email from Netscape Mail client

Can someone list steps/software that will help me import emails stored in my
netscape client into Outlook.

I need to switch from Netscape to Outlook and have over 2 yrs of email
commentary that I need to transfer ! !

Any help or comment is appreciated. Thanks in advance -

Export to Outlook Express and then Export from OE to Outlook.
