Import error from dBASE 5 to MS Access

Hi
Tried to import dBase file to MS Access but i keep on encountering problem "External table not in expected format". But when i tried it to other PC, i didn't encounter this error and import went successfully. Strange that the version (Office 2000) and OS, Win XP is the same for both.Any setup i need to check, ODBC parameter??

Please help.

If the dbase files have long filenames try shortening them to 8 characters -
this worked for me.
