import excel into project 2003 default constraint changes

When importing a simple excel file containing ID, Task, Duration, Start,
Finish, Predecessors, and Notes, the default constraint type is set to Start
no earlier than. I have cleared Start and Finish dates.

This is the default behavior users experience when importing projects from
Excel. To remove the constraints on all tasks, do the following:

1. Apply the Gantt Chart view
2. Click the Select All button (upper left corner of task sheet)
3. Click the Task Information button on the Standard toolbar
4. Click the Advanced tab
5. Set the Constraint Type value to "As soon as possible"
6. Click OK
