Import/export button is grey and not working

I have installed Office 2007 Slovenian version on a computer DELL with Vista
Ultimate operating system in English language with pre-installed MCAFEE
Security Center. The problem is that the import/export function in Outlook
2007 is always disabled. I fully disinstalled MCAFEE and then used: the
repair functionality available in the Office 2007 installation CD, the repair
functionality in the Control Panel (it is the same) and resetting the Outlook
toolbars. Unfortunately the problem remains. Thank you for helping me.

The converters are an optional installation that you will need to add
through a custom installation of Office - select the Office tools tree to
add this.

Thank you Milly, I have followed your advice by disinstalling and
reinstalling import filters using" ControlPanel-Office2007-change", but the
problem remains: the import/export button is disabled.

I have the same problem.
Office setup shows I've got the converters installed.
Using Outlook 2007 and XP/2.
