Import/Export from Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2003

I am trying to move my mailboxes and calendar from an outlook 2007 on my work
computer to outlook 2003 on my personal computer. Any ideas?

Ask your mail admin which methods they have made available for you to do
that. They are the only ones who know the server details for your company.

First check with your Security office to see if that's even allowed. I'd
get fired if I installed company data on unsecured personal systems and was
caught.
