Import/export or sync data

Access2000
client wants to export data to an excel spread sheet for laptop users to
review and make cahanges in the field during the day....

at the end of the day connect into the network and sync or import the
spreadsheet data back into the database.

4 laptop users...each user has own data.

How can i make this happen???
