Import/export with Outlook 2000

We are trying to import info from another program into outlook 2000. It says
that it is not installed to do that. We do not have the disk-is there
anything we can do> Everything else is installed-why would this component not
be? thank you

product that's part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Outlook.
