Import & Exporting

-- I have been given a new email account on my job. I want to import all
the contact from the old account into my new email account. Can you tell me
the easy way to do this.
I am using Office Professional Edition 2003, and MS Outlook 2003

An email account is simply that, it has very little to do with data
Perhaps explain whether you mean this is with OL installed on a
new/different PC or you are going to need to log on to your new companies
email server from your current PC

The way that I handle it was to use the import/export feature.
Make a folder on the C: drive. Go into the contact file of MS Outlook, go to
file select all, then copy it into the folder on the C: drive. Use the
switch user option, Logon on the other account. Go into contacts in the
outlook, click file (make sure you are in Contacts of Outlook) new file.
Name it what ever you want, I named mine Clients, because that what they are.
Go to import and find the file and pick import from the C: drive and click
OK. The names will fall into the same order there were from the first user.
