Import External Date

I'm trying to import an excel spreadsheet. The sheet has 3 fields. Index,
Description and Part Number. The part number field contains hyperlink to an
image but all that is displayed is the part number itself.

During import, everything comes over except the hyperlink. Is there any way
to capture the link?
