Import fields with "

Hi:

I am trying to import the following field to access and
the import fails:

field1, field2, field3
"E" rush, rush1, ruch2

The problem is in the field 1 which contains "E" rush. Is
there a way to import a field to Access that contains a
text in quotes and something else??
