Import file and append file name

Thanks to this group, I have some code to go through a folder and import all
the files in the folder into a single table in Access. Can anyone offer a
solution to adding the file name that is imported as a field in each record
that is imported.
Including the file name in the data will provide the information I need to
make sure every record is unique.
