Import for Outlook 2000

[Haluko]

I would like to import the original Outlook 2000 (.pst) folder into the new
(.pst) folder. I tried using the Import Feature and get the following error
message:

* Properties for this information service must be defined prior to use.

These are the steps I did in Outlook:
Choose an action [tab]
Import from another file

Select file type [tab]
..pst

Browse [tab]
choose .pst file

Check -
allow duplicates

Then the error message.

Does anyone know what this means?
