Import from Excel speadsheet

My pastel help is not working. I would like to import information from an
excel sheet that i created directly into pastel. I know how to import/exprt
batches in pastel but i have never created my own pastel sheet that i would
like to import. Obviously it has to be in some specific format and i have
tried a couple of ways but it does not work. Can anyone help please!
