Import from Excel to Contacts using custom form

Jules

I have an Excel document with fields that do not match the default contact
fields. I have created a custom form and published it to a public folder and
my contacts. The public folder allows me to select "only forms listed above."
My Contacts folder does not permit me to do this. I need to configure this
option so I can import the items from the spread sheet. As far as I know
there is no way to import this data directly to the public folder. What can I
do to enable this option so I can import my contacts from the spreadsheet
using the new form? O am using Outlook 2003.

Outlook does not support importing custom forms information.
