Import from Mozilla Thunderbird

I am using Mozilla Thunderbird (0.7.2) E-mail client. I need to migrate to Outlook version for Office 2003. Is there a utility that I can use to import all my old Tunderbird email into Outlook?

Yes - it's called Netscape 4.x
