Import from OE

AJS

Hello,
When I imported my mail from OE to Outlook the little reply and forward
arrows were not included.

So I posted this problem and the answers I got was that it was not possible
to import those arrows.

A few days ago a friend switched from OE to Outlook and was able to include
the arrows. But... when I asked how he forgot.

Question: Is it possible that something was overlooked and it actually can
be included in the import?

Thanks,
AJS

Instead of importing them via Outlook, you can try exporting them via
Outlook Express.
Which account type are you using?
Which account type does your friend use?

You should have Exported msgs from OE to Outlook, rather than Import, Export
retains many settings that an Import loses

Thanks for your reply,
don't quite know what you mean by "account type".
