How can we import Contacts and E-Mails from Outlook Express MAC to
Outlook 2001 MAC ?

Sorry, there is no direct way, like use an import / export process in any of
these products for messages. For Contacts you can see if the Import / Export
Contacts feature in both products will be useful to you. Article below
discusses a process for this issue.
