Import Images into cells from a file without using VBA or Macro. Can it be done ?

MS Office 2010

Can I name my images like :
1
2
3

Is there some sort of excel feature to add it to the spreadsheet wher
I'd drag the cell and it follows the pattern into the other cell
importing the named images like:
1
2
3

An excel feature in MS Office 2010 version to add it to the spreadshee
where I would drag the cell and it follows the pattern into the othe
cells ?

Or do I need a macro or VBA code to do so?

Everything I searched and found here all they way back to 2006 on imag
importing, required some code or Macro.

Thank you

Normally, images are imported to the active cell, where the top/left of
the cell is the top/left of the image. Then you can resize it via drag
handles. Otherwise, you'll need to draw frames and import the image to
them.
