Import local Lotus Notes Database in Outlook using Connector

Dear All

I would like to import my Local Lotus Mail database using Microsoft
Outlook Connector (Outlook 2002/2003), in Microsoft Outlook 2003.
Do anyone know what are the right setting in the Outlook Client and
Lotus Note R5 client ?
Do anyone know if exist an axternal tool to do this ?
